Bajo Komodo Explore (PT. Jelo Komodo Tour)

Welcome to Bajo Komodo Explore, an official travel agency under PT. Jelo Komodo Tour.

Before booking a trip with us, please read and understand the following terms and conditions. We are committed to providing professional services and creating a safe, comfortable, and memorable travel experience for every guest.

Booking Procedure

To book a trip with Bajo Komodo Explore, please check the availability of your preferred trip and select the desired package. Our team will assist you with the details and confirm availability.

Once you agree to the trip details, customers are required to make a deposit as follows:

  • 30% of the total trip cost for Sharing Trips
  • 50% of the total trip cost for Private Trips

Reservations can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or email. All bookings will be confirmed in writing, and an official invoice will be issued.

Bajo Komodo Explore is not responsible for incorrect personal or booking information provided by customers. Therefore, all guests are required to carefully review the booking confirmation.

Payment

Customers will receive an invoice after booking confirmation. Payment must be completed before the due date stated on the invoice.

If the deposit is not received by the due date, the booking will be automatically canceled.

Payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (Indonesian bank account)
  • International transfer (Wise, etc.)
  • Cash payment at our office

All bank charges and currency exchange differences are the responsibility of the customer.

The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before departure.
For last-minute bookings, full payment is required.

Payment of the deposit indicates that the customer has read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation by Customers

Customers may cancel their booking at any time by notifying Bajo Komodo Explore.

  • All payments made are non-refundable
  • However, customers may request a reschedule within the same year, subject to availability

Changes / Cancellation by Bajo Komodo Explore

In circumstances beyond our control such as extreme weather, technical issues, or force majeure, Bajo Komodo Explore reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the trip.

  • If the trip is canceled before departure and full payment has been made, customers are entitled to a 70% refund
  • If only a deposit has been paid, customers are entitled to a 50% refund of the deposit

If the trip is disrupted during the journey due to unforeseen conditions, we will:

  • Provide a replacement boat with similar standards (if possible), or
  • Offer a proportional refund based on unused services

All decisions will be handled transparently by management.

Insurance

Customers are strongly advised to have personal travel insurance that covers:

  • Medical emergencies or accidents
  • Loss of personal belongings
  • Trip cancellations or delays

Bajo Komodo Explore does not include travel insurance unless stated otherwise.

Flights

Flight schedules are subject to change due to airline operations, weather, or air traffic conditions.

Bajo Komodo Explore is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or missed flights.

We highly recommend all guests to arrive at least one day before the trip starts.

Agreement

By confirming a booking and making payment, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms & Conditions stated above.
